Patrick Hopes, Breathworks Guide
Patrick Hopes has been practicing and studying meditation and breathing techniques for 8 years. Most recently focusing on Pranasana Yoga, an energetic form of yoga which focuses on the light body. An uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices, Kundalini Yoga incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras, such as Sat Nam, meaning "truth is my identity." The goal is to build physical vitality and increase consciousness.
Similar to Kundalini Yoga, Patrick has found the intense benefit for this practice when applied to those recovering from addiction.
Patrick also implements Reiki and Sound Healing techniques. As a recovering addict himself, Patrick can relate to individuals on a deep level and can be seen in his daily demonstration of empathy and compassion.
