Our day treatment program is designed for adults 18 years or older that need support at a higher level of care but may also have other responsibilities such as family, work, or school. Our traditional Evidence-Based Therapies include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy(DBT), Family Therapy, Psycho-Educational classes, and Experiential Therapy.
Our Non-Traditional methods include a mix of Sensory Deprivation, Kundalini Energy Work, and Pranasana Yoga which is an intense breathing technique designed to restore balance and a state of mindfulness. Each client receives a treatment plan that is tailored to meet their specific needs and includes both individual therapy sessions and group therapy that will prepare them to transition to our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).
