MiBoSpi Recovery Program Description

Our programs are designed to support and grow with you as you grow in your recovery. We understand you may have other responsibilities such as family, work, or school and we want to ensure that you are provided the best care possible. You will meet with one of our therapists to help determine the level of care that fits best.

MiBoSpi is a non12-step program and was created with the belief that everyone suffering from an addiction has the ability to heal from within. We understand that addiction is a complex disease. We believe that recovery is an evolutionary process and that your program should evolve with you. We use traditional and non-traditional methods to create a treatment program that is truly individualized for you.

Although there are common threads with the disease of addiction, we have found that each person’s journey in the drug treatment process is unique, and our team of caring professionals are committed to helping you find what works best for you.

Intensive Outpatient Program

Our outpatient program is designed for adults who can sustain their recovery at a lower level of care and acclimate them back into the world. Whether that is family life, work, or school, our program will provide you with the support needed to deal with the stresses of life. This level of care allows the flexibility to work, take care of family and consists of 10 hours of treatment per week.

Our IOP classes run three nights a week and include individual (CBT), group therapy, kundalini energy work, pranasana yoga, float therapy, life skills, psychotherapy classes, and a specific relapse prevention plan. It's during this time that we help you formulate a long-term plan for sustained recovery. Learn more about our IOP treatment.

Day Treatment

Our day treatment program is designed for adults 18 years or older that need support at a higher level of care but may also have other responsibilities such as family, work, or school. Our traditional Evidence-Based Therapies include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy(DBT), Family Therapy, Psycho-Educational classes, and Experiential Therapy.

Our Non-Traditional methods include a mix of Sensory Deprivation, Kundalini Energy Work, and Pranasana Yoga which is an intense breathing technique designed to restore balance and a state of mindfulness.

Each client receives a treatment plan that is tailored to meet their specific needs and includes both individual therapy sessions and group therapy that will prepare them to transition to our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).  Learn more about our Day Treatment programs.

Days and Times

Individual Sessions are based on therapists availability and your schedule

Individual Therapy (CBT)

Most typically in the modern counseling practice, individual therapy sessions are 1 hour long with the scheduling frequency not exceeding 1 or 2 sessions per each week…

Ideally, individual therapy sessions are meant to be interactive and collaborative, with a lot of exchange between the patient and the counselor therapist. While most of the time our therapists will be listening about your specific concerns, difficulties, and goals, they will also be addressing a lot of relevant questions to you, so both your life situation and your emotional troubles are analyzed thoroughly and in-depth.

As some things may be hard or painful to talk about, we’re determined to make the whole environment feel friendly for you. Learn more about our Individual Therapy program.

EMDR Therapy

EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and reprocessing. It is a therapy empirically proven to reduce the symptoms that are related traumatic events and memories. It is used to dampen the power of emotionally charged memories of past traumatic events. EMDR can be used to treat multiple issues. Learn more about EMDR Therapy.

    Group & Family Therapy

There might be a lot of issues coming up in the marriage, due to each person’s character being unique and having its own set of emotional triggers. While couples may be arguing, bickering, and constantly fighting with each other, it all is a telling sign of a bigger problem. This may include them losing their communication connection, feeling alone, or going through an anxiety period.

One thing that couples seeking counseling typically have in common is that their relationship is no longer a safe, loving, and enjoyable space. Learn more about our Group Therapy program.

    Sober Coaching

This type of motivational coaching is by far the most effective one! Still, due to a lot of bookings, there’s currently a waiting list in order to get to the meeting… Despite that fact, we always try to free up as much of my own personal time as possible, just to have an opportunity to sit down with one more listener, who’s ready to get his life changed for good!
