Outpatient Treatment Program

Our Outpatient Program is primarily designed for adults who can sustain their recovery at a lower level of care. In addition, our treatment is specially devised to assist and support our client's transformation, and more importantly, their acclimation back into the world. This day-to-day acclimation, whether it be family life, work or school, is guided by us. MiBoSpi Recovery provides our clients with the counsel and support necessary to tackle the stresses inherent in their daily lives.

This level of care enables the flexibility to work, take care of family, and consists of 10 hours of treatment per week. Classes run three nights per week and include individual (CBT), group therapy, kundalini energy work, pranasana yoga, float therapy, life skills, psychotherapy classes, as well as a client-specific "relapse prevention" plan. It's during this time that we help our clients formulate a long-term plan for sustained recovery and transformation.

Day Treatment Program

Our Day Treatment Program is designed for adults, 18 years or older, in need of counsel and support at a higher level of care; although these individuals may be required to attend to other responsibilities such as family, work, or school. MiBoSpi Recovery's traditional "evidence-based" therapies include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), family therapy, experiential therapy, and psycho-educational classes.

Our "non-traditional" therapeutic methods incorporate a blend of sensory deprivation therapy, kundalini energy work, and pranasana yoga (which is an intense breathing technique designed to restore balance and a heightened state of mindfulness). Each of our clients receives a "treatment plan" that is tailored to meet their specific needs. This customized treatment includes both individual therapy and group therapy sessions, designed to prepare them for the transition to our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).

Maternal Recovery Program

Are you a mother struggling to stop your addiction? If you are a mother with an addiction, feel comfortable knowing there are proper steps that can be taken to ensure a healthy preganancy and baby.

Know that your addiction is treatable. Please do not try to stop drug or alcohol use on your own, this can be very dangerous to you and your baby. There is a good chance of relapse after and risk of possible overdose. Depression and anxiety can be very common effects from your addiction and may also carry on after giving birth.

Babies who have been exposed to opioids and other substances before birth may develop what they call neonatal abstinence syndrom, a group of withdrawl signs and babies will need to be watched very closely and may need treatment of their own.
